SatNavFlexSim

SatNavFlexSim is a SW-tool for GNSS simulations on different celestial bodies.

Functionalities:
- Selection of a celestial body (Earth, Moon, Mars, Venus, Mercury, Sun)
- Optional free configurability of planetary parameters (mass, semi-major/-minor axes, rotation speed)
- Simulation of one or more GNSS on the selected celestial body
- Configurability of send systems and satellites (orbital radius, inclination, eccentricity, signal power level, etc.)
- Configurability of receive systems and stations (position, signals)
- Simulation of GNSS observation data (pseudo-ranges, carrier-phases, Doppler, C/N0 measurements)
- Output into standard RINEX format or into specifically extended RINEX format
- Visualisation via 3d space plots and 3d polar plots

The tool allows simple observation simulations and visibility analyses. Positioning requires application of consistent planetary parameters.

SatNavFlexSim serves as a small additional tool and will be further developed with low priority.
